plot update: tumultanous takeover.

well, looks like the hyenas took over pride rock. the inmates stormed mater, focusing their attack downtown, and conquered the town. it wasn't hard once they just started lighting things on fire and destroying everything; after that, people were pretty compliant. the inmates proceeded to help themselves to whatever they saw fit. the sheriff was put under house arrest, and pretty quickly, all the food supplies were used up. the rangers were forced to go out and do the dirty work of getting more, the same way the lionesses were still forced to go do the hunting in the lion king. for now, everything has more or less stabilized. or, well, the inmates aren't just opening fire on crowds anymore. but they're still asserting their dominance wherever they can. for now, the mater residents are allowed to coexist with them. but who knows how long that will last.
