A government experiment goes horribly wrong when the military tries to create a serum that will allow their soldiers to gain more endurance, become tireless and more efficient. Slowly the soldiers begin to exhibit flu-like symptoms and are placed into quarantine and given antibiotics to help stave off the high fever, vomiting and loss of all motor control. At first the treatments seem to be working...
That is until the first soldier dies...
One by one, the soldiers fade away and the military mourns their passing while trying to cover it up but little did they know that their deaths were only just the beginning. As the sun set on that fateful day, the dead soldiers began to rise up once more and slowly began to kill and feast on their fellow soldiers. Those that were torn apart were the lucky ones but those that managed to get away with just a few chunks taken out of them also began to die and then rise up again. Thus began the viral outbreak that would soon spread across the globe turning any who were bitten into ravenous zombies. However, some never turned and merely became carriers for the virus but still if they bit you, you would turn.
In a desperate attempt, the CDC raced to find a cure and thought they had succeeded. But this cure only altered the viral strain making it even more dangerous and causing the undead to change into something much, much worse. They could think, plan and they could move about just like a live person and becoming harder to kill. Now those who are not infected are surrounded by both types of infected and it's a fight for their very survival. And what of you my friends? Will you be able to survive this nightmare? Or will you end up becoming one of the undead? Whatever the case, you will either live to fight another day or become a part of
