so. I was at my parents' house all weekend for my sister's birthday, and I get back to my apartment near university last night, and my roommate informs me that our internet (as in the service we use, for the whole area around us) has been out for the last couple days. and that she's called the provider multiple times but they have an automated message saying internet's out in our area and they're fixing it asap. but clearly their definition of asap is different than mine, because I don't really think "a few days" is asap. we have homework to do, people.
anyway. I'll be slow until that gets fixed. right now I'm on the school's wireless inbetween classes, but the school internet has this annoying habit of crashing my computer. don't ask how, everyone's like "it can't do that, you're stupid" until it does it when they're sitting there and then they're like "o.o you're right, it did just crash your computer. weird."
